WHY DOES IT CHANGE TO US DOLLAR WHEN I GO TO CHECKOUT PAGE?
Yes, we process all transaction in US Dollar and please do not worry, the price must be the same as comparing to your local currency.
WHAT IS AN INSURED SHIPPING?
If you placed your order with an insured shipping, your order will be protected meaning that if your package is not arrived within 45 days, we will be happy to make a full refund without question asked, and we will be also happy to resend/replace another package with the same item in order for free.
WHAT IS A STANDARD SHIPPING?
Standard shipping is almost the same as the insured shipping. The only difference is that we can only make a full refund if your package is not arrived within 60 days after it's being shipped out.

HOW DO I MAKE PAYMENTS USING PAYPAL?
PayPal is the easiest way to make payments online. Once you have finished adding products to your shopping cart and are ready to complete your transaction, you may click on the “PayPal” button. You will be redirected to the PayPal website. Be sure to fill in correct details for fast & hassle-free payment processing.
CAN I USE WITH CREDIT/DEBIT CARD WITHOUT A PAYPAL ACCOUNT?

DO YOU PROVIDE TRACKING INFORMATION?
Sure, If you need a tracking number to track the status for your order, please contact us within 3 business days after you receive an confirmation shipping email from us.
WHERE IS MY PACKAGE
Depending on the country you live, shipping internationally usually takes 45 days at most but for example if you live in the US, Europe or East Asia, it takes only 20 days for the package to arrive + 3 processing days. For rare cases, shipping may take longer due to weather and waiting for airline to transfer the package.

MY TRACKING SAYS “NO INFORMATION AVAILABLE AT THE MOMENT”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to be updated on the tracking system after the item is shipped. If your order was placed more than 8 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please feel free to contact us, we will make sure to solve it for you.
WHY AM I NOT RECEIVING ANY REPLY ON EMAIL?
We typically reply every email from customer within 24h (except on Sunday). In case if you still do not receive any reply to your email within 24, kindly reach out to us via Messenger as there might be issue with email delivery system.
MY TRACKING INFO SHOWS MY PACKAGE WAS DELIVERED, BUT I NEVER RECEIVE IT
We know how important your order is! We provides our customers with the option to track your package. If the tracking information states that your items have been delivered but you have not received it, please check around your neighborhood in case another home received it by mistake. Speak with family, roommates, etc. in the event they received it on your behalf. The package may also have been left with property managers or an apartment office. Sometime the package cannot be delivered because you entered an INCORRECT phone number during your checkout so our shipping company cannot contact you when the package arrived at your location.
HOW DO YOU SHIP PACKAGE?
Packages from our warehouse in Korea, China and Japan will be shipped by USPS, EMS, E-package, DHL and FedEX.
WHAT ABOUT CUSTOM FEE?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country, however for most cases, customers who purchase from us did not get charge for custom fees, it depends on the tax regulation in your country.
